How do I create a candidate account?
Click Get Started, choose Candidate and upload your CV. Our parser fills in your profile, so you can start applying within minutes.
You will be asked to confirm your email address before the profile becomes active.
Can I be hired on a CDI or CDD, not only freelance?
Yes. Employers choose a contract type when they post a job: permanent (CDI), fixed-term (CDD), part-time, freelance or internship. You can filter the job list by that type.
How does the matching work?
Your CV is parsed and scored against the requirements of each role, and employers see applicants ranked by fit rather than in the order they applied.
A score is an aid to the recruiter, not a decision - a person reviews every shortlist. You can ask us how a score was reached, or ask for a human to review a ranking that affects you.
Are skills verified?
Some skills carry a verified badge, awarded after a live assessment. A badge means we checked it; a skill without one is self-declared.
How do we post a job?
Create an employer account with your company email address, confirm it, then post from your dashboard. You choose the contract type, the skills you need and a closing date.
Can we use our own careers page?
Yes. Every employer gets a branded careers site listing your open roles, and you can point your own domain at it from your settings.
What does it cost?
Posting a job is included on every plan. Plans differ in how many candidate profiles you can access and which matching features are enabled - see the pricing page.
Applying for a job is always free for candidates.
What happens to my CV and who sees it?
An employer sees your profile when you apply to their job, or if you have chosen to be discoverable. Our AI providers process the text in order to score it and may not use it for their own purposes.
The Privacy Policy sets out the full picture, including how long we keep things and how to have them deleted.
How do I delete my account?
Write to hello@hrvana.ai from the address on your account and we will remove it, together with your profile and your CV, keeping only records we are legally required to hold.
