Terms of Service

HRvana is operated by Sky Vaults SARL AU, a single-member limited liability company based in Agadir, Morocco.

By creating an account or using the platform you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 to hold an account, and the information you give must be accurate and kept up to date.

Employer accounts must be registered with a company email address rather than a personal one, so that the organisation behind a posting is identifiable.

Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it results from our own failure.

Your CV and profile remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, revocable licence to store them, parse and score them, and show them to an employer when you apply to that employer's job, or to employers generally if you have chosen to be discoverable.

That licence exists only so we can run the service. It ends when you delete the content, save for copies an employer already lawfully received.

You can edit or delete your profile at any time.

Applying is free. We will never ask a candidate to pay to apply, and no employer may ask you to pay to be considered.

Postings must be genuine, lawful and accurate, including the contract type - permanent (CDI), fixed-term (CDD), part-time, freelance or internship - and must not advertise a role that does not exist.

Postings that discriminate on any ground protected by law will be removed and may end your account.

You may use candidate data only to assess that person for the role they applied to. You may not retain it beyond that purpose, add it to a separate database, enrich it from other sources, or pass it to a third party without the candidate's consent.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of your own hiring decisions and for any tools you apply to a candidate outside our platform.

Once candidate data reaches you as an employer, you decide what you do with it, and you are a controller in your own right under Morocco's Law 09-08 and, where applicable, the GDPR.

That makes you responsible for having a lawful basis for your own processing, for answering candidates who exercise their rights against you, and for notifying your own supervisory authority if you suffer a breach.

We each remain responsible for our own processing; neither party is liable for the other's failures.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period chosen, at the prices shown before you commit. Taxes are added where they apply.

We may change prices for future periods. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a change takes effect, and you may cancel before renewal if you do not accept it.

Where a free trial is offered, the terms of that trial are stated at signup.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and your plan continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Periods already begun are not refunded except where the law requires it or where we have failed to provide the service.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory withdrawal period for online purchases, that right applies in addition to this section and is not affected by it.

Escrow and automatic invoicing apply only to freelance and task-based engagements arranged through HRvana.

They do not apply to permanent or fixed-term employment, which is contracted directly between employer and employee. We are not a party to that contract, do not employ candidates, and are not an employer of record.

The platform, its software, design and brand belong to Sky Vaults SARL AU. These terms give you a right to use the service, not any ownership of it.

Content you upload remains yours. Feedback you send us may be used freely to improve the service, without obligation to you.

Scrape or bulk-extract data, resell access, bypass access controls, upload malware, impersonate another person or organisation, or use the service to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Reverse engineer the platform, or use it to build a competing dataset or service.

You may close your account at any time.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that presents a security or legal risk, or that is used for fraudulent postings. Where circumstances allow we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.

On termination your access ends. Data is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep HRvana available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may change or withdraw features.

We do not guarantee that a candidate will find work or that an employer will fill a role, and we do not verify every statement in a CV or a posting beyond the checks we describe. HRvana is a platform, not an employment agency.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunity, or loss arising from a hiring decision taken by an employer or a candidate.

Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or, if you paid us nothing, to a reasonable sum reflecting the free nature of the service.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, and the Moroccan courts having jurisdiction over Sky Vaults' registered office are competent.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your own country, nor of the right to bring proceedings there where that right cannot be excluded.

Before going to court, please write to hello@hrvana.ai; most disputes are resolved faster that way.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

We may transfer these terms as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business; your rights are unaffected. You may not transfer your account without our consent.

Neither party is in breach because of an event beyond its reasonable control.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the plan you subscribe to, are the whole agreement between us. If we do not enforce a term immediately, we do not lose the right to do so later.

If we change these terms materially we will update the date above and notify account holders before the change takes effect.
